Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 26 days. If 26 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
If the item you received is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare, hair care)
- Medicines and health-related products
- Hygiene-related products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
How to Complete a Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Refunds may be partial in the following cases:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
- Opened books, CDs, DVDs, software, or similar items.
- Items returned after the 26-day period.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to appear.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at vsdeels.service@gmail.com and send your item to our physical address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
